Kim lives in northern Washington, but when her mother passed away in Redmond, she was faced with the challenge of handling her estate from a distance. Her mother’s home was in a prime location on the beautiful Eagle Crest Golf Course, and while it had been well cared for, there was still plenty to do to get it to be a market-ready probate home.

We took care of everything—edging, pressure washing, window and gutter cleaning, and trimming back trees that had grown over the roof. Fresh bark dust gave the landscaping a polished look. Inside, we did a deep clean, repaired the oven, and ensured everything was move-in ready.

The transformation made a real impact, and when we listed the home, the results spoke for themselves. It was a pleasure helping Kim through this process, ensuring a smooth and successful sale.
