I first met John when he traveled from Mississippi to Portland to get a handle on his brother’s home in the West Hills. From the start, I liked John and really wanted the opportunity to serve him and his family—showing him firsthand what I could do. He put his trust in me, and I got to work.
For a probate home, this was one of the best-maintained properties I’ve had the chance to work on. But with preparing a home for probate sale, there was still plenty to do before it was ready for the market. The home featured an incredible wraparound deck that needed attention. We pressure-washed, scraped, and sanded away peeling paint, replaced rotted boards, and repainted it with the highest quality deck paint to restore its beauty.
Inside, we stripped old wallpaper, repainted, gave the home a deep clean, and sold items that were no longer needed. By the time we were finished, the house was move-in ready—and it sold for top dollar.
John also wanted to keep many of his brother’s belongings, including several fragile items. I carefully packed, secured, palletized, and shipped everything back home to him in Mississippi, ensuring nothing was damaged in the process.
John, I appreciate your trust, and I look forward to maintaining our friendship.
