I first met the Cadonau family when Tracey flew into town to begin the task of clearing out her mother’s home in Beaverton. Like many personal representatives, she faced an overwhelming challenge, a house full of belongings, cherished memories, and a long to-do list before it could be ready for the market.

Ultimately, the Cadonaus entrusted me with this probate home preparation, allowing me to step in and take the weight off their shoulders. We held a successful estate sale over two weekends, and once the home was emptied, the real work began. In addition to a deep cleaning inside and out, we refreshed key spaces with new paint, updated bathroom cabinets, and replaced several lighting fixtures to enhance the home’s appeal.

Beyond the house itself, I also took care of selling their mother’s car by getting a new battery, clearing the codes, detailing, and handling the advertising and sale.
It was truly a pleasure working with the Cadonau family, and I am grateful they trusted me to help make this transition as smooth as possible. -Jared, OPS
