When I met Jason at his father’s property in McMinnville, he had already overcome a major challenge by patiently navigating the process of removing a long-term resident. With the property finally vacant, he now faced one of the more involved probate home sale projects I have ever encountered. The

estate included a massive yard, multiple structures, several cars, a boat, and a house packed with belonging that needed some serious updating.

As we explored options, Jason and I discussed selling to a rehab investor, which would allow him to walk away without taking on any fix-up costs or realtor fees. The strongest offer we received was $260,000. After careful consideration, Jason decided to put his trust in me and my process, and that’s when the real work began.

The house needed a lot, and there were too many tasks to list, but every step was focused on maximizing the property’s value. In the end, the results exceeded even my expectations. We listed the home and sold it for $443,000 after just four days on the market, and with multiple offers to choose from,

Jason’s appreciation means the as lot to me, and I truly value the friendship we built throughout this journey. It was an honor to help him navigate such a complex probate process, and I look forward to staying in touch.

"After my father passed I had no idea where to start. A quick google search showed Oregon Probate Solutions close by so I gave him a call. Jared was extremely helpful and was very clear he was NOT the first step in this process, an attorney would be my first priority. As a first timer dealing with this situation I asked if there was anyone he would recommend. He asked for my info and said he would send me a contact or two as soon as he could. In my experience this is a polite brush off. So I made a few more calls. By the end of the day Jared had sent me three contacts for attorneys. Jared did NOT pester me with calls after our conversation. Something I appreciated very much. Also I never got the feeling that I would be his next paycheck.
This all stuck in the back of my mind as my family and I grieved and moved forward with the attorney. When it was time to work with the property Jared was my first and only call. He always seems to answer or call me back within the hour. I invited him out to my dad’s house to see the massive project I had to deal with as it was hard to describe over the phone and he was able to meet the following day. My first face to face with Jared was exactly what I had hoped for. It didn’t seem like I was talking with a contractor. More like an old friend. We discussed several options and had to discuss the elephant in the room (money). I was left trying to hold up mounting bills including the mortgage, credit cards, insurance among others of my father’s all while doing the same with my own.
This of course in many cases drives what can and cannot be done. With the amount of honesty and straightforward troubleshooting I felt was being delivered to me by Jared it made opening up about the financial situation I was in a lot easier. Ultimately I felt that Jared and Oregon Probate Solutions was the best option for me and we made a deal. We looked into many different options including selling as is. We settled on a plan that would be best for my family and Jared was able to carry all cost with removing all the items my father had piled up, around thirty years of stuff.
All improvements/repairs. Listing and selling of the home. Taking his payment after the sell of the home. This would have been a huge burden and likely not possible otherwise. I stopped by to check on progress from time to time and Jared really hustled getting things done extremely quick. I was impressed on how much he could get done in just a couple days. I gave him freedom to choose colors on paint and carpet without regret. He knows what sells! At the end of it all. Jared and Oregon Probate Solutions was a turn key operation for me and I could focus on my family instead of trying to do it all. Best offer we got on the place as is was around $260K. After Jared did his thing we sold after 4 days on the market for $443K with lots of back up offers. If I have to do it again I would definitely call Oregon probate solutions first."
