When I met Jason at his father’s property in McMinnville, he had already overcome a major challenge by patiently navigating the process of removing a long-term resident. With the property finally vacant, he now faced one of the more involved probate home sale projects I have ever encountered. The
estate included a massive yard, multiple structures, several cars, a boat, and a house packed with belonging that needed some serious updating.
As we explored options, Jason and I discussed selling to a rehab investor, which would allow him to walk away without taking on any fix-up costs or realtor fees. The strongest offer we received was $260,000. After careful consideration, Jason decided to put his trust in me and my process, and that’s when the real work began.
The house needed a lot, and there were too many tasks to list, but every step was focused on maximizing the property’s value. In the end, the results exceeded even my expectations. We listed the home and sold it for $443,000 after just four days on the market, and with multiple offers to choose from,
Jason’s appreciation means the as lot to me, and I truly value the friendship we built throughout this journey. It was an honor to help him navigate such a complex probate process, and I look forward to staying in touch.
