This probate was especially memorable for me. It happened right at the start of the first COVID lockdowns, and I was eager to get busy on a project. Funny enough, Spring is the only personal representative I’ve never met face-to-face, as she lived out of state—but that didn’t make this experience any less personal.

It was truly an honor to handle this home. Spring’s grandfather was a WWII veteran, and everything he left behind reflected his deep sense of duty, honor, and love for his family and country. His property was beautiful but had fallen into disrepair over the years. After weeks of hard work, we completely turned it around.

When we put it on the market, interest poured in quickly, and the sale turned out better than we could have hoped. This was more than just fixing up an inherited home—it was a meaningful experience I’ll always remember fondly.

"My grandfather passed away in Oregon and all six of his grandkids (only family left) were spread out across the country. We had no way to get his home cleaned out and ready for sale - it was hoarded and neglected on top of everything else.

Jared completely cleaned up the property, and got it in as good of shape as it could have been so that we were able to get the best price possible. He also helped us determine what to sell from inside the home, and what to just dump.

Jared was as honest and transparent through the process as a person can be. He was professional, but compassionate, and we would highly recommend him!!" -Spring
