Choosing the Right Realtor

Selling a home is a big step, and most realtors approach it with a familiar toolkit: arranging photos, writing an ad, and rolling out a marketing plan they’ll assure you is top-notch. Advertising matters—there’s no question about that—and today’s tools make it easier to reach buyers effectively. But while a strong marketing strategy can open doors, it’s not the whole story. What truly sets a home apart is its condition, and that’s where I believe the real difference lies.

I’m a realtor who specializes in probate homes, but my role starts long before the listing. My clients are often dealing with a property that needs care—work I take on myself over 4 to 5 weeks of dedicated preparation. By the time I schedule photos or craft the ad, I’ve already poured heart and effort into making the home shine as move-in ready. I’m deeply connected to each project, and that drives me to seek its full value, not just a fast sale.

Even after listing, I stay involved—keeping the home pristine, the yard tended, and any inspection concerns handled. I see myself as the home’s caretaker, easing the process for families at every turn. Probate real estate is my passion, and I’m here to support you with more than just a sign in the yard—it’s a commitment to service, start to finish.
