We start outside by tackling the roof—removing moss, cleaning and repairing gutters and downspouts. The yard gets a full overhaul: mowing, weeding, edging, pruning, and pressure washing are non-negotiable, with exterior painting added when needed. Fresh bark dust finishes the job, transforming the curb appeal into something buyers can’t ignore.

 

Inside, the work is just as thorough. Deep cleaning is a term thrown around loosely, but we take it to another level with time, determination, and a process that goes beyond the surface. We disassemble where needed—preparing for tasks like painting walls or replacing electrical and plumbing fixtures with updated ones for modern appeal. Ever notice peeling or mildewed caulking around tubs, showers, toilets, or sinks? We strip it all out, clean, dry, and reapply fresh material. Worn or stained carpets? We replace them. Pet stains and odors? We eliminate them. The list is long—too long to detail fully here—but the result is a home that’s ready to be lived in from day one.
